Jeremy focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He also has experience representing clients in insurance and reinsurance litigation and arbitration. Before joining KFP, Jeremy worked at a large national firm based in Chicago where he focused his practice primarily on commercial litigation. Jeremy is an associate at KFP.
Education
Jeremy received his B.A. in Psychology and English from Cornell University in 2006 and his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2009. While at Chicago-Kent, Jeremy was a member of the Chicago-Kent Law Review and the Moot Court Honor Society in addition to teaching legal writing to first year law students. Jeremy also externed for the Honorable Wayne R. Andersen of the Northern District of Illinois. He recently authored the article Righting the Notice Pleading Ship: How Erickson v. Pardus Solidifies the Modern Supreme Court Trend of Notice-Giving in Light of Bell Atlantic Corporation v. Twombly.
