Legal Expertise
Tim’s diverse practice includes a wide range of commercial litigation matters with a focus on reinsurance and liability insurance coverage, including general liability and professional liability coverage. Tim is an experienced litigator who has been involved in a number of trials and appeals. Before joining KFP, Tim primarily represented liability and property insurers, handling various complex insurance coverage disputes. Tim is an associate at KFP.
Education and Achievements
Tim received a J.D. cum laude from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 1994, where he was a member of the Loyola University Law Journal (Law Review). Tim received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University in 1991. He is a member of the bars of the state of Illinois and the Northern District of Illinois. Tim is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
