Ellen O'Laughlin focuses her practice on commercial litigation and coverage litigation and brings her wealth of experience and skills to KFP. Previously, she represented businesses litigating contract disputes and enforcing creditor rights. She has also enforced state and federal civil laws and represented individuals in a variety of matters. Ellen is an associate at KFP.
Education and Achievements
As an Assistant Attorney General she prosecuted complex civil matters for the State of Illinois and advised State agencies. She is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the Northern District of Illinois. She received her B.A. from Lawrence University in 1985 and J.D. from Loyola University in 1991.
